The main stupa of Wat Chedi Luang has stairways on all four sides with large Nagas on both sides of the bottoms of each staircase. Most appeared restored, but not this one. The stupa dates from 1441 so fixing up the Nagas is a challenge which may require significant creativity. Although the artists do their best the results may not look exactly like the originals.
